the filenames below (e.g.'tmcILa0600.html', or 'tmcDZm0500.html') observe the following convention:
(a) author's three initials [e.g. "tmc"]
(b) country/area code [e.g. "IL"]
(c) wider chronological period [e.g. "a" for "ancient", "m" for "modern"]
(d) approx. date in years [e.g. "0600"]
